The price of gym memberships today is starting to get extremely high, which is why I'm starting to recommend that you build your own home fitness gym.
I have never been a huge fan of gyms anyway since I think you can get a better workout at your own house using your own body and a few simple (and cheap) tools, so the rising gym prices just strengthens my case even further.
Here are 5 reasons why I think you should switch from a gym to your own personally home fitness gym.
1.) You Will Save Money - What if I told you that you could spend about 4 months of gym membership in one shot and have a gym in your own home for the rest of your life? Well, I'm telling you that, so listen up!
2.) You Will Stay More Focused - By working out in your own home you won't be distracted by things like other people staring at you until you're done with a machine, other people's conversations, and other nuisances that distract you. You can instead lock yourself in a room by yourself and tell your family not to bother you until you're done.
3.) You Will Save Time - You can save tremendous amounts of time by not having to drive to your Gym in order to workout. Plus, the workouts you do at your own house and as described in my website also take much less time to complete, even though they give you just as great of a workout. If you save just 30 minutes per day (we'll say 5 days per week) by not having to drive, that's 130 hours per year. What's YOUR hour worth?
4.) No Excuses - Since you won't have to pack up and get in your car to drive a few miles to your gym, you won't have any excuses not to exercise. This is especially important for those who live in states where they get a lot of snow in the winter. You might have snow on the road, but it will never fill up your house!
5) Better Mind/Body Connection - By having your own home fitness gym you'll be able to train alone and possibly in peace and quiet if you like to workout like that. Since you won't have distractions, you'll be able to mentally focus on your body while working out, thus greatly enhancing your mind/body connection. This in turn will produce extraordinary gains in fitness levels.
Building your very own gym inside your house isn't as complicated as you might think. In fact, you only need a few feet of space to even do it with!
